What to Expect
BE. by BEL is a 6–8 week healing workshop for Black women and mamas navigating stress, trauma, grief, and burnout.
Grounded in somatic practices, polyvagal-informed movement, IFS parts work, EMDR resourcing, and culturally-affirming community care, this group supports participants in gently reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.
Together, we slow down, release tension stored in the body, honorour stories, rebuild safety, and cultivate new rhythms rooted in rest, joy, and self-compassion.
This is not a fitness class. It is a guided therapeutic experience led by a licensed clinician, with support from a wellness coach, designed to support nervous system healing and embodied living.

Black women and mothers
Experiencing: chronic stress, grief, racial trauma, compassion fatigue, trauma symptoms, or disconnection from body
High-functioning but exhausted caregivers, helpers, and professionals
Those interested in holistic and body-based healing approaches
Not ideal for: individuals currently in acute crisis, active suicidality, untreated psychosis, or lacking any individual support — unless assessed and cleared with appropriate care in place.
