For women who are capable, insightful, and exhausted. Ready for deep, efficient healing
EMDR Intensives
What is an EMDR Intensive?
An EMDR Intensive is a short-term, high-impact trauma treatment designed to help you process and integrate trauma more efficiently than traditional weekly therapy.
Instead of spreading the work over months, intensives allow for:
Greater nervous system continuity
Deeper emotional processing with less disruption
More time for preparation, integration, and somatic support
This approach is especially helpful for high-functioning clients who want focused change and limited emotional “start and stop.”
How is our approach different?
Our intensives integrate:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
Somatic Experiencing (SE)–informed nervous system work
IFS-informed parts work
A trauma-informed, paced, and collaborative approach
This is not push-through trauma processing.
We prioritize:
Safety and stabilization
Working with your nervous system, not against it
Resourcing and containment
Respect for your capacity and readiness
Especially for high-achieving, perfectionistic women, this approach prevents overwhelm and supports lasting integration.
What’s included?
Each EMDR Intensive is customized and includes:
60–90 minute intake & readiness assessment
Collaborative treatment planning and EMDR target selection
2-3 hours per day of EMDR sessions
3 consecutive days of focused work
Somatic resourcing and regulation tools
Personalized prompts, reflections, and worksheets for integration
Guidance for post-intensive nervous system care
Optional follow-up sessions may be recommended to support integration.
The investment?
EMDR Intensive Package: $3,000
Includes:
Intake + preparation
All intensive sessions
Customized materials and integration support
This rate reflects the depth, preparation, and clinical focus of intensive trauma work.

Is this right for you?
EMDR Intensives are a good fit if you:
Are emotionally stable enough to engage in trauma processing
Have support systems in place
Are willing to practice resourcing and integration between sessions
They may not be appropriate if you are in acute crisis or currently experiencing significant instability. A consultation will help determine fit.
Next steps?
Schedule a consultation to explore whether an EMDR Intensive is the right fit for you. Together, we’ll assess readiness, goals, and the structure that would best support your healing.
