What we will do together in session:
Each phase of this experience is designed to gently move you from
survival → stabilization → reconnection.
Phase 1: Stabilize (Sessions 1–4)
Grounding + nervous system regulation
Understanding your emotional patterns
Creating safety in your body and mind
Phase 2: Process (Sessions 5–8)
Explore identity shifts, motherhood transitions, and emotional wounds
Begin deeper work (including somatic + parts-based approaches)
Address guilt, shame, and internalized expectations
Phase 3: Reconnect & Rebuild (Sessions 9–12)
Strengthen self-trust and emotional resilience
Reconnect with your needs, voice, and identity
Build sustainable self-care and coping practices
