What to Expect

This is a 6-week intimate healing space for Black women and mamas navigating stress, trauma, grief, and burnout.

Grounded in somatic practices, IFS parts work, EMDR resourcing, and culturally-affirming community care, this group supports participants in gently reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom.

Together, we slow down, release tension stored in the body, honor our stories, rebuild safety, and cultivate new rhythms rooted in rest, joy, and self-compassion.

This is not a fitness class. It is a guided therapeutic experience led by a licensed clinician designed to support nervous system healing and embodied living.
