Therapy for Women, Moms, & Teen Girls Ready to Feel More Like Themselves Again

You’ve been holding it all together, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained. Therapy can help you slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and feel more grounded in your life.

Hi! My name is Keesha Clark. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in supporting women, mothers, and teenage girls navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional weight of “doing it all.”

Many of my clients are high-functioning and deeply capable, but internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stretched too thin. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, managing relationships, or trying to support your teen, therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold everything alone.
